Refund policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:

RETURN & EXCHANGE
To be eligible for refund or exchange, an item must:
    1) have an identified defect or damage; and
    2) be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Partial refunds may be granted, on a case-by-case basis.

The purchaser pays return shipping, however, shipping is refunded in the event that the return/exchange/refund is granted. 

You may be asked to return the item to us, if photos do not suffice.  If so, we will notify you when we receive your item.  We will advise you upon receiving your item on the approval or rejection of your refund, if you have not already been notified at that time.

If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 
If you haven’t received an approved refund, please:
     1)   Again check your bank account for the funds;
     2)  Contact your financial institution, as it may take time to process your refund;

If you still haven't received your refund, please email support@turmericlife.com quoting your purchase order number.
